Kadena Garden
Mining infrastructureOpen-source solo mining for Kadena: miners point their hashrate at a shared set of nodes, with no pool holding funds. Each miner picks how they get paid: Direct, straight to their own wallet; Sweep, collected into one chain for them; or Convert, swapped into tokens such as USDC. A collaboration between Pascal (@CryptoPascal31) and Saudi.KDA (@KadenaSAUDI).
ChainProof
Supply chainQR-based proof of authenticity for physical goods, with every scan and transfer recorded on Kadena. Began as a Kadena Devs challenge; being built by Alex as part of the Kadena Nexus dev team.
Kadena AgentPay AI
AI · PaymentsLets AI agents trigger payments through Pact contracts, with spending limits and approvals set by the owner.
KadenaTrace
Fraud tracingTraces scam and fraud transactions across wallets and chains, with findings attested on-chain through Pact. Began as a Kadena Devs challenge; now being completed by the Nexus team.
Kadena Privacy
Zero-knowledge · PactPrivacy tools for Kadena built natively in Pact with zero-knowledge proofs. First up is Prove: lock KDA in a vault and show an app that you hold at least a given amount without revealing your wallet or balance. Proof of age and shielded transfers with auditor view keys follow.
About the challenges. From January to October 2026, Kadena Devs ran public challenges with a prize for the best working build. The P2P Marketplace came out of that program, and so did the people who now make up the Kadena Nexus dev team, led by Mustafa Zahid. We are not opening new public challenges. New projects are chosen and built by the team, and the list above is kept up to date.
